their respective domains.

And the default should probably be @wikimedia.org. I think I remember a bug or
discussion somewhere about that...

Thanks for reporting this!

Does anything appear in your browser's JavaScript console when the last page
does not load?
Could you please run the upload wizard with the debug option enabled? Just add
"?debug=true" at the end of the web address (after "Special:UploadWizard") and
then reload the page.
Do you by any chance have the "Chunked uploads for files over 1MB in Upload
Wizard" preference enabled in the Upload Wizard preferences?

The reason is many wikimedia wiki's set inline styles with maximum table
widths. This allows horizontal scrolling. There is a tracking bug for issues
with table on Wikimedia wiki's in general.

That would be weird. If there is no localStorage variable in the current scope,
the JS engine should walk up the scope chain until it reaches the window
object. At any rate, opened bug 64527 for handling errors more gracefully.

Though I still see no attempt to gain community consensus for all the further
changes suggested, I just wanted to note that "markbotedits" is a right which
all e. g. global rollbackers do have. I don't see why it shouldn't be
recommended as usually, unless the API is used to perform an edit, no bot=1 is
set to the edit.

On en beta, visit preferences and then hover over the link _Restore all default
settings (in all sections)_

JS console reports an error
TypeError: page.revisions is undefined

it's coming from line 98 in ext.popups.core.js in curRequest.done
   timestamp = new Date( page.revisions[ 0 ].timestamp ),

the API request I think it's handling is

1. There's no page.revisions for a Special page, so error. Test before
accessing nested keys.

2. It seems the code should give up before this anyway, since page.extract and
page.thumbnail are both undefined. That would avoid showing empty popups with a
timestamp.

3. This gets through the popup link tests around line 516 because the link is
to /wiki/Special:Preferences/reset, so no "#" or "?. There are other special
page links that would pass this. Maybe the code should test if the namespace of
the page is -1.

  This request keeps becoming a pie and chips and peas and gravy and
tabasco and  ...  This is a small wiki with the only regularly active
contributors being the administrators (already with the rights), it does not
need a long string of rights changes. That a 'crat seemingly believes that he
needs more boxes to tick, that more boxes seemingly adds more credibility and
more prestige, is not a sufficient reason to make changes. Rights changes
should be made to address needs only, and as needs grow then more rights can be
added incrementally as the community matures.

There are other issues that have been addressed elsewhere about some of the
decision-making at this wiki, so I am requesting that we keep the changes
simple and transactional, not extensive and transformational. 

The shwiktionary community is very small, such there there is 
* NO requirement for FLOOD right, please do not grant it; the bot right has
already been misused (and discussed elsewhere)
* NO requirement for other bot rights, beyond what currently exists as the
default, please do not change these rights.
* NO requirement for ROLLBACK rights, please do not grant them

As I said above, about the only other right that would seem to be appropriate
would be the patrol right, and how that is managed. At this stage, it needs
that mature and scoped conversation in the community that properly explains the
right and how it could be used, and at this stage, that has not been had, well
not as I would see as satisfactorily undertaken. All that is there is a "rah!
rah! We deserve more rights, what do you think?" and all the hands went up and
said "yes"; in my opinion, naive and unsatisfactory.

That it was proposed in such a matter by the 'crat, and closed by the 'crat and
then brought here by the same 'crat, and then repeatedly extended by the 'crat
(who in my opinion has demonstrated poor judgement and practice at the wiki),
is of great concern to me as a steward. So again I ask that the rights changes
are kept to being minimal and incremental.

Ideally yes. But I don't believe it's possible.

pywikibot.Timestamp is an extension of datetime.datetime, which has a limit on
how large dates it can handle.
 says the year has to be
between 1 and , but Wikibase supports much older dates, or dates farther in
the future, which is why we needed WbTime.

I think creating a fromTimeStampToWbTime or similar function is probably the
best way to handle it for now.

Currently MultimediaViewer may display not very relevant images like icons.

It is possible to ignore them by using  (is that
documented somewhere by the way?), but unrelevant files may not have been
tagged yet with it.

A user on fr.wp suggested that MMV should simply ignore any file that is used
in articles at very small size.

A fr.wp user pointed out in their feedback that the snippet should have an alt=
element, to encourage this accessibility best practice.

The Mobile Frontend declares tables to span the whole width of the page.  I
suppose you have a good reason for this; however, this effect is divvicult to
revert because you set display to block and make the width !important;  Please
do not do that; a simple { width: 100% } should be enough if you really insist.

this entity" link. I think this could be a perfect starting point for curious

Move a tag from the middle of a page to the top.

Steps to Reproduce:

2. Command-X to cut it.

The template that was displayed (upon pasting) does not look like the template
that was cut.  It showed a "clean up" broom.

The changes to the wikitext (upon saving) were correct, and the template
displayed correctly upon refresh (after saving).

Undo requires the patroller to manually mark the reverted edit(s) as patrolled
in order to clear them from the unpatrolled backlog. The native rollback
feature does this automatically.

I recommend against creating a group that has all four rights. However creating
them as two groups makes sense:\

I can look tomorrow when i get back to work.

The logs dosen't give any intresseting entries about problems with loading the
VisualEditor.
There is no errors when i open a page, log in et.c. That's the strange part.

We have tried with chrome/"the wrong ie8". I noticted it wasn't supported by
IE, so we tried chrome but it was the same result.

This seems somewhat fragile.. Also I think the entire mobile target doesn't
even use access keys, so we probably should decouple this in some way ?
