Qgil added a comment. We can create a project today, yes. However, perhaps you can skip the not visible part? It's the tasks which are visible or not, and currently we don't have a setup that would allow you to setup private tasks that only you could access (while this is technically possible, it is not clear to me how far can you go wthout an admin helping you setting permissions for every task and every member of the team? I would say: if you want to play with real tasks, please create them here as visible, just like anybody else. If you want to make a fictional exercise just to learn, then it is better to use http://phab-01.wmflabs.org , where we can make you admin, and you can do whatever you want. Also, core-team, really? Nobody will discover that project by that name. I would recommend MediaWiki set as a team project, and from there other regular projects can be created as components. Currently, Wikibase knows nothing about the interpretation of external IDs, which are stored and interpreted as plain StringValues. In order to provide URI expansion, a new DataType would be needed on top of StringValue, which would contain the URI pattern and perhaps regular expressions for validating and/or normalizing the IDs. I need to trim components, and we have PDFtk on labs that suits that purpose. While they can be loaded to Commons for Wikisource as PDF files, they are generally inferior in retaining line by line text so not as useful for Wikisources. This will enable me to grab, trim, and convert files from labs, then push to Commons. An example is https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Electoral_Disabilities_of_Women.pdf which I have uploaded, though due to the poor pdf rendering, I am needing to separately OCR (PITA). It's a footer with a disclaimer. It is readable in decent displays with regular configurations (I have tried with all the laptops, tablets, and mobile phones at home), and I can't imagine a user willing to read it and not being able to.
