My bad, 600, stored in Wikidata, should be considered from 6th century by making centuries begin in x01.
But the issue is why is the last year of the century stored? When a date is specified only with a year, it's January the first which is stored, not December 31st.

I don't think so. T173842 is more complicated: zh.m.wp wants to push and pull different labels from Wikidata depending on the language variant that is currently being displayed for the article

So basically...
where you get "compute" heavy (querying SPARQL)... you are going to charge
fees for providing that compute heavy query service.
where you are not "compute" heavy (providing download bandwidth to get

@Jonas: while testing it, I noticed two things:
when I run this query, the browser asks me for my location, if I click on "don't allow", the query runs with my location anyway
on mobile (Android 8.1, Chrome) the browser doesn't ask me permission and directly
