I think I found the culprit. If you look at the first entry at https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?format=json="">, the first one has timestamp after the second one. So while rcid order is right, timestamp order is not. Which means if retrieved in timestamp order, it will

wiktionary, who will be able to deal with lexical entities.
