To follow up on @Halfak's database usage assessments, the estimate of 5 properties per entity/page relationship seems reasonable and conservative since the average number of statements per entity is in fact ~5 as seen here:

I understand now. The value given is well within the precision, not even very far off. The problem then is that it is misleading. Someone who reads the wikidata page to program a GPS will end up 356 m from that building.

There are languages variants that do not have any code, so it is more practical to use an item than to hard-code them into the system. Besides
