I would also add "be compatible with extension.json" as a goal.
The reason is that these profiles (generally a set of weigths) are vebose and tends to pollute the php code in the wmf-config

Are there any other possible usernames that cause a bug like this? I could only find ;dl, definition list syntax (which is also only effective due to the {{GENDER}} template, and would otherwise have no special meaning in the middle of a line).

Looks like a fallback issue. Since there was no 'jv' translations for #mediawiki-extensions-scribunto it used 'id' translations as fallback language. Now that they got their own translations added, the system does not continue to use 'id'. Never ran into this issue so
