What are the reasons that we keep it weekly for now?
We only have weekly dump, we need to either implement daily diffs from this patch or daily dumps. I'll check to see whether daily dumps are feasible.

Right now the CREATE, UPDATE and DELETE endpoint do not have user authentication and the only "layer of security" is client side.
This means that by following the standard user workflow only logged in users can access data manipulation pages and can edit their datasets

One area of this task that is still unclear is what is meant by "the right to create pages"
MediaWiki has a "createpage" right which can be found at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:User_rights#List_of_permissions
Wikibase also has a "property-create" right
