Tested Firefox 59.0.1 on Windows 10, Chrome 65.0.3325.162 on Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 (last 2 browsers both logged in and not logged in) and can't reproduce it. Maybe someone that also has MacOS can test it.TASK
