@Esanders good points. WMDE is not happy to be in any way blocking other projects. We've been putting quite some effort to fix the issues over last week. We're sad it has not been enough.
Is there some general practice/guidelines

@Addshore my late evening discovery yesterday was along the lines of what you say. I mean those Scribunto language fallback test failures. My current guess is those test got broken with the work on T199983. These haven't been spotted until now though as if I see right

I tried looking into this, but didn’t get anywhere. The screenshot is blank, I found nothing relevant in the logs (1, 2), and I can’t reproduce the error locally (test passes for me).
Does anyone else have ideas? In theory, this should be reproducible
