TASK DESCRIPTION
  To reproduce:
  
  - Open a lexeme page, e.g. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Lexeme:L123
  - Click "edit" for the lemma
  - Press the escape key
  
  Expected result: Editing is cancelled and the lemma section is changed back 
to how it looks when not editing.
  Actual result: Nothing happens.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  Sometimes I add a qualifier to a statement and don't fill in a property or 
value. When clicking publish nothing happens.
  I get no error or anything. I have to then manually remove any empty 
qualifiers and references.
  
  Scenario: User tries to add a statement
  Given after adding a value for a statement and an empty qualifier or reference
  When user clicks publish 
  Then the statement should be added and the empty fields ignored silently

TASK DESCRIPTION
  It would save a lot of manual effort from thousands of people to declare 
inverse relationships if this process was automated //for some// properties.
  
  The inverse relationship should apply only to properties that make sense to 
have an inverse relationship such as 'X -child-> Y'. Item Y should then 
automatically get 'Y -mother-> X'.
  
  However, this should not apply to properties such as 'X -instance of-> Y' 
which would overflow Y with statements.
  
  Therefore, it could be very useful to have a condition (or a property) for 
properties to declare their inverse relationship (i.e. the property 'child' is 
the inverse of 'mother') and to automatically assign the inverse property to 
the inverse item.

and not yet  https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q105822728
  I've checked Q105822728 with https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator and now 
both display a card
  And by using that tool both replies to the linked tweet show a card.

  both items have an English label and description, both items have P18 
. I don't understand what triggers the

  Thanks, I didn’t know that. In the case of the existing translations (that 
will now be imported into translatewiki.net), they were contributed on Wikidata 
under CC BY-SA 3.0 exclusively, and according to Creative Commons’ Compatible 
Licenses page 
,
 that license is not one-way compatible with any other license (unlike CC BY-SA 
**4**.0, which allows licensing under GPLv3… but not AGPLv3, nor GPLv3 //or 
later//? it’s confusing). So if I understand this correctly, while future 
contributions on translatewiki.net might be licensed under AGPLv3 (thanks to 
the note in the about page), the whole of the translations will still have to 
remain CC BY-SA 3.0 only, unless we ask the authors of the 
pre-translatewiki.net translations to relicense, or discard the old 
translations. Amending the project page sounds like the best option to me.

  Even if it isn't an opcache corruption, it might still be a PHP bug. In 
principle it might make sense to report it upstream, but since we're using PHP 
7.2 (no longer supported), I think we should first see if this still happens 
after upgrading to a supported version; that would be PHP 7.4 at the time of 
writing and until 28 Nov 2021. And we'd also need a smaller test case. As such, 
IMHO the best option is to just wait (at least until WMF servers run a PHP 
version that still has active support), see if it fixes itself, and then decide.

  The common assumption is that translations are dual licensed under CC BY and 
the project's overall license(s). This is mentioned in our about page:
  
Translations by translators are licensed CC BY 3.0, and derivative works 
may also be licensed under the licenses of the respective Free and Open Source 
projects the translations have been or will be added to.
  
  In this case the license for translations is different from the code, but 
given they are already under CC BY, I think there is no copyright issue. If you 
want to keep it this way, we can amend the project page to list licenses for 
code and translations separately to avoid confusion.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  Lexemes were not imported on wdqs1009 and when the streaming-updater-consumer 
started consuming lexemes from the flink ouput streams the triple store did not 
match what was expected causing diffs to generate a lot of inconsistencies.
  
  The full flink output is still retained in kafka (1 month retention) and we 
could try to recover lexemes without having to do a full import again.
  
  1. add an option to the streaming-updater-consumer to ingest only lexemes
  2. import the lexemes from `/srv/wdqs/lex-munged/`
  3. start a manual streaming-updater-consumer re-reading the whole mutation 
stream filtered on lexeme from offset 12080891
  4. stop it when it catches up with the normal consumer

  It would be good to find an example to reproduce this problem. I cannot 
reproduce it with the ones from the merged tasks. Perhaps it was recently fixed 
with T272712: property selector fallback is not falling back from language 
variant to major language .

language in the SDC data. It would then be up to consumers to select which

TASK DESCRIPTION
  This weekend, while an ongoing incident was being handled, I checked and saw 
several badly performing queries running. These didn't have (I believe) any 
relation with the incident, but any web request that takes more than 1 or a few 
seconds (in the worse possible case) is worrying, as they can pile up and 
create load issues on the database.
  
  While there was several queries with bad performance (mostly related to 
recentchanges and API), the worst occurring query right now is:
  
SELECT /* Wikibase\Lib\Store\Sql\SiteLinkTable::getLinks */ count(*) FROM 
`wb_items_per_site` WHERE ips_site_id = '?';

where '?' can be any production wiki, but in particular, for enwiki, it 
selects over **8 million rows**. We saw over 30 of those, over all s8 servers, 
today Mar 8 at 8:18 UTC.


This not only takes over 1 minute to run, but is likely to be not useful 
due to the amount of memory consumed.
While reading large number of rows can be useful for something like a 
dump/analytics, it is unlikely to be useful for a web request. Moreso, the 
application server will struggle to handle 2GB of data at a time, even in 
memory, that this query returns.

Is it possible some extra WHERE or LIMIT was missing from the query?
