I support strongly this issue. It will also push other WDQS-frontend related
issues.
It needs at least two things. That's how I do it in my Wikibase instance.
1. Include `custom-config.json` with parameters taken from `.env` to the
volume for wdqs-frontend. The `custom-config.json` specifies also the path to a
page with SPARQL examples.

2. By default the empty Wikibase creates only the main page. It has to add

I looked for true duplicates at Wikidata using the query
SELECT DISTINCT ?item1 ?item2 ?sitelink WHERE {
?sitelink schema:about ?item1, ?item2.
?sitelink schema:isPartOf <https://sv.wikipedia.org/>.
filter(?item1 != ?item2)
}
where I changed 'sv' for different languages. I've found a few cases where
the values of sitelinks were different in Wikidata GUI and SPARQL endpoint.
The SPARQL query says that Q19929406
<https://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q19929406> contains
https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ljudniv%C3%A5. But this is not the case at
Q19929406 <https://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q19929406>. Also Q6766777
<https://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q6766777> has
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Bonner in Blazegraph, but not in Wikidata
GUI.
Probably there are other cases like that. It seems the wdqs-updater for some
reason has not catched those changes.

RShigapov added a comment. Right. I have repeated it just now: indeed the same problem. It seems like WikibaseLexeme is still not installed, but it's added and installed like any other extension. I have also specified proper access rights to the WikibaseLexeme-folder before attaching it to containers. In case of WikibaseLocalMedia-extension setting proper access rights solved the problem, but not for WikibaseLexeme. Hm... RShigapov added a comment. Regarding the dataset for testing: it would be good to formulate some requirements for it. Then we could just create a synthetic dataset. For example, in performance analysis <https://github.com/UB-Mannheim/RaiseWikibase#performance-analysis> with RaiseWikibase I used randomly generated strings of fixed length <https://github.com/UB-Mannheim/RaiseWikibase/blob/main/performance.py#L11-L34> and different number of claims. I did it for one datatype only (`string`). Probably in the public dataset for this ticket more datatypes have to be used. It would be nice to add to EACH DataType information like "Native datatype. No extra extensions are required" or "This datatype is not natively supported in Wikibase and requires X extension. For example, Musical notations needs 'Score' extension. I have installed it, but still have an error message about Lilypond. Should it be additionally installed? I had the same problem with https://github.com/UB-Mannheim/RaiseWikibase.
It is solved via adding `${DOLLAR}wgUseInstantCommons = true;` to
LocalSettings.php.template.

@Addshore and @Superraptor123, I observed the following:
If I use
https://github.com/UB-Mannheim/RaiseWikibase/blob/main/docker-compose.yml and
https://github.com/UB-Mannheim/RaiseWikibase/blob/main/berd/LocalSettings.php.template
with the time zone and time offset specified at the bottom of
LocalSettings.php.template (lines 178-180), then the updater runs fine, but it
does not catch all the entities though.
If I move setting of the time zone to the top of the
LocalSettings.php.template (for example, to the lines 2-4 or 19-21), then the
updater stops working at all ("wikibase_wdqs-updater_1 exited with code 1").
Ideas?
