Not sure what phab etiquette is anymore - should this have a PAWS tag now? Or?

There's a 3G memory limit per user on PAWS with a guarantee of 1G. I hope
that's enough for most openrefine - although it's possible we need to
explicitly tell OpenRefine how much RAM it can use. JVM apps can be a bit
picky like that.

Users need to authenticate with their SUL accounts to login to PAWS, and this
actually generates authentication that can be accessed from inside the apps
that run inside it! The following environment variables are set:
- `CLIENT_ID`
- `CLIENT_SECRET

I wonder if a Quarry like service (but built into query.wikidata.org) would be welcome :D Several people have asked me for it (T104762 and elsewhere), but integrating that into the UI might be better. That'd also allow us to get rid of the tinyurls...TASK DETAILhttps

I've moved Stas' homedir to /data/scratch, and have removed /home from all
instances. Let me know if other people's homedirs need rescuing.

I think it'll be simpler to just have Quarry handle SPARQL as well.

Oh, you're using self hosted puppetmaster atm? Hmm, it'll need to be part of
the 'official repo', but yes I think having just shinken checks in there is
probably ok.
I'm slightly swamped at the moment - but hopefully I can do this sometime this
week. Patches welcome

This is done by having a puppet module. Look at
`modules/beta/files/shinken.cfg`,
`modules/beta/manifests/monitoring/shinken.pp` and
`manifests/role/labsshinken.pp` for how it's done for beta cluster. pinging URL
