In a personal discussion it was revealed that this is mostly about the
discrepancy between the use of "aliases" as a property name and "alias lists"
in the descriptions - and that this could be resolved in either direction (not
necessarily the one seen in the titl

I also don't have strong feelings either way.
It'll be interesting if more thoughts come out in this area in the feedback
round.

As seen in the example given "Add / Replace a whole alias list by language"
there is a need to talk about a single alias list (as identified by a single
language). Having both legitimate use for `aliasList` as well as `aliasLists`
would not help clarity either. On
