We (Latvia) put a clause limiting photographer to 3 entries in top 10. In
that case 11th place gets moved up.

Thank you for this as well. Sorry for troubling, but I have one more question
as we close WLE for Sri Lanka.
We noticed that some of the final winning photographs are by the same
photographer. What do we do in this case? Do we award two certificates? And if
so, do we also award two
