you could also look into the fifa bylaws, they are in en, fr, de, and so on.
another interesting thing is in these bylaws, which would very well
apply to wikimedia too: the clause for dissolving the association.

Fine, it seems that we're soon able to post the bylaws in all 5 languages! Hopefully, this means the beginning of a really plurilingual association that we're aiming to become.
