adminship? Since nobody in Tamil Wiki had the rights, we had to request some
Stewards. IIRC, Jyotis came to our help. Are there other rights beyond
bureaucrats that anyone feels necessary?

don't have any active bureaucrats on gu.wiki but still the application for
bureaucrats was rejected by meta. It is definitely necessary to have active
