Thanks Viswa. Just curious, do Malayalam Wiki bureaucrats have rights to remove 
adminship? Since nobody in Tamil Wiki had the rights, we had to request some 
Stewards. IIRC, Jyotis came to our help. Are there other rights beyond 
bureaucrats that anyone feels necessary?
