hi, Don't think the role of chapter and foundation needs to be seperately discussed as it's best to leave it from situation to situation. Also, the community has to be proactive and not reactive in our criticism of either. Hoi, There is no reason why people from the India staff should not be on the staff and contractors page. As it is only people living in the USA are staff everybody else is a contractor.
