Sorry for being off the list for such a long time. I've had a couple of
balls to juggle and needed sometime.
So I've spoken to the lawyer, from the last time we discussed our
registration, we had already picked
our signatories and signed a couple of docs to commence registration.

It's still a manual thing and I had to manually create his graph. WMF
engineering is actively preparing a faster and friendlier version of this,
that would also come with pre-generated graphs per country etc.
