Thank you. I searched in the list you provided, and carefully read a part of changes. All this does not look relevant. I hope we'll find the problem, because I'm continuing to get a lot of complains. One of our bureaucrats just said "I'm dying. I tried to rehub all this noon, it's impossible".

If this is really caused by the last deploy (to wmf.14) the change must be at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rMWec6907e0b64f302a719ac9f08e2e0fa943ce8fc2. Have a look at this change (it is a branch creation). I can see some changes in skins/ folder at the bottom of the linked page, maybe

Hi Igal, yeah, this is right way to write to this maillist. In general you have to go to https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Deployments where you can find list of deployment windows. "Big" changes should be there. You should find window in which the change was deployed. As watchlist is core
