This is a real sticky subject. We had a problem like this and had to post a
warning not allowing customers to drop off cash payments. The other problem was
people were dropping off checks and putting them in the door because they
didn’t see the drop box and the checks just blew away when
If they are gray that means they are not connected. You can Sort By status.
Highlight the disconnected ones, right click and hit connect/disconnect. Enter
the user and password and wait. (of course this works if you have them all
with the same user and pass) if not you will have to connect
Red is offline.
