That all sounds right. Are you seeing the SSID? Can you associate? Is
the network mode set to bridge?

The UniFi was not Airmax either.
The CPE are just regular laptops. The system is open with no encryption.
I feel like a total idiot trying to get this to work. I guess this
explains why I only work with equipment outside, not inside. WAN not WLAN.

This isn't a Pico2M HP? Was the old one Airmax?
You need to match channel size, wireless encryption and airmax to make it
associate. Do you have a template of the CPE?

I seem to find odd Quagga bugs left and right. I've basically had enough of
