I heard something about some of these IDUs having TDM interfaces as well, so I wonder if it is proprietary going up the cable. Someone gave me an idea a little bit ago. Check my other IDU on that ODU to make sure it's not a blown network port on the ODU. The ODU receives power just fine. W
