We've done this from time to time.
Use stainless screws, regular ones rust after just a few years.
Make sure that the customer knows that you will have to re-aim the antenna
from time to time. Things may have to be trimmed depending on what kind of
tree it is etc.

We have galvanized screws, I'm guessing that should be comparable to stainless.
The customer is aware that we may have to re aim as the tree grows.
It is UBNT so it's mimo, even if we lose 13dbm it should stay
associated.
