but if it's distributed as part of the official record, any competitors
to the WISP industry who do know they're looking at would be quick to
point out any issues TO the FCC to discredit WISPs.

IIRC, Bob Moldeshel had mentioned ( years ago) that if OSHA sees the picture
they can
track down and fine the person doing the violation. Not sure if that
is high on the list of things for OSHA to do, but why give them a

similar) as their source of upstream bandwidth? If so or if not, why?
