Subject: [SPAM] registration of dslbyair, your company's brand
Importance: High

(Letter to Head of Brand Business or CEO, thanks)

Dear Sir or Madam,

This is a formal email. We are the department of Asian Domain Registration
Service in China. Here I have something to confirm with you. We formally
received an application on December 2, 2013 that a company claimed Jeper
BZ LTD were applying to register dslbyair as their Brand Name and some
dslbyair Asian countries top-level domain names through our firm.

Now we are handling this registration, and after our initial checking, we
found the name were similar to your company's, so we need to check with you
whether your company has authorized that company to register these names. If
you authorized this, we would finish the registration at once. If you did
not authorize, please let us know within 7 workdays, so that we could handle
this issue better. After the deadline we will unconditionally finish the
registration for Jeper BZ LTD. Looking forward to your prompt reply.

Best Regards,

Cameron Wu

Re: [WISPA] New Xbox1 Constant Stream or Update

2013-12-02 Thread Paul Conlin
The discs on launch day are likely just boot loaders. The boss says ship
it early so they can get the best price on the DVDs. It doesn't matter if
it is done or not. And remember the guys coding and testing this stuff have
GigE at both their office and at their homes. They may not even know some
people have bandwidth restrictions. They see 1 Mbps and assume that is a
typo and really means 1 Gbps.

For MMOs I can see. For a racing game, no. The graphics are the bulk of
data so I wonder what the update includes.

Have you played a game in the past few years? It's not atypical for there to

and I've played like one game in the past year.

Communications is way far behind of where it should be.

Subject: [WISPA] New Xbox1 Constant Stream or Update

I was working with a customer last Wednesday who was complaining about
speeds. He is in an area that I am only able to offer 3 down 1.5 up.
Anyways when I pulled his connection he was streaming the full 3 meg. I had
him power off the XBox and it flat lined. Then he plugged it back in and
without turning it on it acquired a wireless lease from the router and
continued to pound the internet connection. I am just hoping that it was
doing an update or something. Otherwise it could cripple a lot of links for
some customers.

Mike,

Currently UBNT's site don't accept the KMLs that we generate. We are
working with them to directly import it into their system, but they are
saying they won't get to it till the end of the year.. :( We are
working with them, simply put, most of our maps have more polygons than
they are used to therefore their size limit prevents most of our maps
from being imported.. :) But we are working on it with them. Our
system is 99% done...

It's precision vs accuracy vs not worth the trouble to try rendering a
