I only say that because if one side has a -34 and the other is -70 your within 
the window for being at 0db transmit power on Site 1.  If you are in an rf 
conjested area the -0 MSE would make sense if your pcn target was -34.

820S fail in the past two years, different reasons.  Submit a ticket.  They'll 
have you power cycle, replace all the cabling, try direct dc wire, replace the 
power and then 4 months later you might get a new one on RMA.
If it is a bad one I suggest avoiding all that, buying a second one verifying 
whether or not it was the problem then have them make it right.

If you were out of license the background goes yellow and it alerts you
