Anyone know if you can take a Sprint cdma phone and have Verizon activate it
for use on their cdma system?

Does anyone know what the rules/hoops to get FCC approval to build your own
computers? I am on our local High School Board and prices we are getting for
200 computers is a lot higher than the parts to build them and the committee
discussed doing it in house. We think it is a simple form
You do know that most airlines and the UPS/Fedex/DHL companies offer a same
day service? Not cheap but probably less than a 10+ hour drive and its
expenses.

What does everyone use for reverse phone numbers? I normally use 411.com

I have a question for someone in the 'T' zones.
You see the destructive force of them and how devastating they can be but I
have never seen/heard of them wiping out a broadcasting tower or a multi story
building. Does this happen?

Okay-so towers do come down but news coverage of it is pretty local.
How about multi story buildings? We do see leveled homes, but I have never
seen a 4-5-6+ story building for example with damage or leveled. Does it
happen/has it happened?

I used Spector Pro also until my geek son upgraded to 64 bit. Was
excellent. Schools recommend it to parents highly.

Yes, very simple-just go to keyword billing and can switch in a few minutes.
Everything is the same except you do not get 24/7 phone tech support.
Nothing else changes.

Can someone explain why a school would want to pay $1900@ for 25 48-port
10/100/1000 switches with PoE capability for a possible future need versus
$500-600 for a plain 48-port 10/100/1000 switch? No one that I can find has a
reason except maybe it would be needed in 5 years.
Cameron-
First, it is costing us $90,000 for equipment and installation.
Second, they just had installed a brand new telephone/intercom system-non
VoIP :(
Third, I am told the PoE capability is for the 'future'

compact-not bloated, good price, and available for small home systems as
well large corporate systems.

I keep hearing that you do NOT have to pay and have 'Interstate Access' on
your local lines, that you can just have local service. Sprint is charging
me $15.99 a monthand I never have toll charges-basically just have DSL and
another inbound line for work. [And no, Rick cant service me

If you have NOT given them written authorization for them to do a 'draft'
check [or ACH] from your account, you can contact your bank and have them
return any unauthorized debits.
