I keep hearing that you do NOT have to pay and have 'Interstate Access' on
your local lines, that you can just have local service. Sprint is charging
me $15.99 a month and I never have toll charges-basically just have DSL and
another inbound line for work. [And no, Rick cant service me
wirelessly] Sprint says it is mandatory but I never believe what they
say.
Any one know for a fact what the real answer is?
