I have heard about this on a few lists. Nothing I read indicates that he refused to repay the loans, so how can there be fraud? Doesn't it just burn everybody that someone will commit fraud (supposedly) and then have the audacity to use those funds for payroll? Lonnie On 9/18/06, George
