Or assuming your RF is all locked and rssi and MSE are OK then its a feeder port issue so just post "sysinfo 4 " to view the port status is ON for your cable If not you can set the port speed at 100Nase-T Autoneg and see if its just a Data cable issue that wont do 1Gig at the cable length or noisy cable. <--4. RPS is off. We learned this lesson early on. I've been pinging the other side all night and I'll see a few packets get through occasionally. 200 packets made it through out of 2 last night. Yes, we see 6-8db fluctuations during temperature changes... but that's an 18ghz frequency thing, not specific to Trango. We also saw the same changes with our Dragonwave 18ghz links. Make sure you don't use RPS, the ports will not come back up once they drop. Confirmed with Trango support this is a problem still. Other than that ours are working nicely, and the ATPC and modulation shifting are doing excellent. Other than that we are still getting use to the APEX gear but are happy so far with the performance... ~250MB FDX almost 25 miles. Modulation has dropped in rain but link never stopped passing traffic. We can access the units via their IBM addresses but they won't pass traffic. We have rebooted the radios, power cycled them, and nothing happens.
