While normally an ally of WISPA, in this case Free Press is taking a position that is opposite WISPs feelings on this topic. This is a MAJOR reason while it is absolutely essential that ALL WISPs take the time to file by 5:00 PM tomorrow. I have attached the WISPA filing and a template to use.
