Sometimes that'll happen with toll free numbers from certain carriers and LATAs.

Thanks to all that replied to this. Brad with Defacto got back with me so I
was able to order from them.

Seems that there may be some problem with their toll free number when calling
from Michigan...

Thanks again!

I have 20 plus of ODE-KAM-IES-11.5x11.5x3-KIT in the air and they have
made it through the winter really good here.  No problems with any of
them.  Hinged, no screws.  I love them.  And I have my pick from the
arc antennas to bolt on.

Looking for a metal, weatherproof enclosure for the RB333/433.

  Maybe something like this,

  http://shop.defactowireless.com/s.nl/it.A/id.1446/.f

But from someone who is still around...

For APs I have been using enclosures from Saginaw Controls and
Engineering. The NEMA3R hinged door, 1/4 turn latch, like this one:

Re: [WISPA] enclosure

2009-02-24 Thread Josh Luthman
I use these cases for the 433 as APs.

http://www.quicklinkwireless.com/ItemDesc.asp?IC=DCE-H-LG-2

You can find them from many places (Streakwave, Titanwireless, Wisp Router,
etc) - just Google "2 n hole enclosure" and make sure the picture is the
same. They also come in 4 N hole versions.

These enclosures survive in Ohio where it will go from 0 to 50 and back in a
days time (making water a real problem). The PacWireless enclosures did a
pretty good job but we still had problems from time to time with water
finding its way in and filling up with a pool of water. The only way we
solved this problem (with the PacWireless ones, NOT the unknown
manufacturer) was to put coax seal around the top edge.
