Was wondering if anyone has any creative solutions to this problem- which is
more of a nuisance than a problem at the moment.

We have a similar situation with Impulse. The good news is that it does a great
job identifying mobile devices and games as well for that matter, and excluding
them from needing the agent. We do have problems with install pages
occasionally getting displayed on all of our devices after the agent

That is interesting. So Bradford has a build-in portal for users to register
their MAC address? How does Bradford know the MAC address they entered is a
mobile device, not a Windows computer?

From what I've seen most of the users who come in with no security

Out of curiosity, how do you prevent a client from gaining access via
MAC spoofing? With Cisco NAC we have the option of putting users in
the Filter list with "Check" selected. This will bypass user
authentication and will only perform client remediation. We looked
