Correct. WISPA is already forming an organization to formalize and coordinate WISPA's disaster response capabilities. I think some kind of a tie-in between WISPA's disaster response activities and Team Rubicon is certainly worthy of developing.

Jay is correct. Victoria Proffer is heading up the Disaster Response effort. She is currently working with this committee to set up bylaws to be a 501c3. I'll let her chime in on the progress. I know she still needs some state coordinator volunteers. Disaster Committee
