My repeater contact is simple. If un-served-behind-the-big-rock-customer (USBTBR) wants service, they need to talk to their neighbor about it. If they establish some sort dialog, then the house-with-service-customer (HWSC) calls me to tell me it is OK. I find that this makes it a
