Poem or Song?
Ain't she sweet?
It ain't necessarily so.
Tell it to me confidentially
So I may spread it abroad.
Your ending surprised me
In that all of us went on.
Open-ended and closed simultaneously.
The boat dances
To the waves' strut.
As the tempo picks up
We slow down to it
Long enough
It's a poem, in need of editing. Where are the
silences? Why are there redundencies? Nice start.
