To do subtitleing with VIDEOLAN
All you need to do is this:

Subtitle number 1!!!

Subtitle Number 3!!!
Do that in a TEXT FILE, with the Subtitle text, and the correct TIME
VALUES

VideoLAN, which is free, open source software but I don't know a whole
