[WSG] MSIE causing trouble

Hi guys, I've got a page at http://youth.afairerworld.org/ which comes up with a 4em space above the div.content despite me doing everything imaginable to get rid of it. IE Web Dev Toolbar shows a 4em margin-top in the DOM Explorer, despite me not putting that in anywhere. Any assistance would
