All you need to do is this:

Do that in a TEXT FILE, with the Subtitle text, and the correct TIME
VALUES

For a 2 day conference, the registration costs seem pretty reasonable.
And I assume, like the UK, if you're running your own business, the
costs would be tax deductible.
