If I could get a reply about this patch I could add the TIME_OFF.But nobody in
the food chain has commented on it yet.
I think other modes like MSK144 with shorter transmit periods would still be
covered since the time appears to be rounded to the nearest minute so message 2
& 3 should still wor

I still use WSJTX alpha version on Xp due to the low speed of the CPU,
and for my HAM radio use it works fine on MSK144.
However I have noticed that the transition from RX to TX happens in a
random time between 14 and 15 seconds from the 0-15-30-45 starting point
