Do you mean by a submode different message length in seconds. If so those are
now selected on a spinner T/R from 15 s to 1800 s.

I'm just tweaking the FST4 support in SparkSDR and had added support for
the A,B,C submodes but they do not seem to be an option in the latest
WSJTX, have I missed a setting or should I remove those options?

Have seen cases where running numerous WSJT-X instances there would be no
decode for one decode time segment. In that case I would always see a time
correction in the PC Event Viewer.
Perhaps a check of the Event View would be helpful to shed additional light
on your problem.
