The amplitude for all tones is the same. The tone at 750 Hz occurs more
frequently than other tones. Have you ever looked at the spectra of
JT65 or Q65 transmissions, or thought about why they look the way they do?

Reed-Solomon code (KVASD) which Joe was permitted by the copy-right holders to
