A couple of weeks ago some one asked about using an SDR receiver and a standard
transmitter with WSJT. My first thought was that as long as the audio was
routed property, that would be possible.
But then someone pointed out that you would lose Doppler control since the
Radio tab only has one
Seems easy enough. Could have a Tx Offset box that work work when Rig Split is
on.
That would then add that offset to the VFOB frequency request.
So you could add 16Mhz for the 2304 or 7GHz for the 3.4 to the VFOA freq and
VFOB would get set.
Would that work?

I cannot answer that question right now. I use Fake It. In the past when I
have tried to use split, my FT-857 seemed to get confused and did not know what
frequency to be on. Very slow CAT response. Creating error messages. Even
Fake It works a little slow. The 857 does not allow
