I’m sure it will as Note 3 in Joe’s update on
A returnee from JTDX.
RC2 has been great, no problems so far. Decoding is very good.
One request. In addition to the CQ only box, would it be possible to
also offer a 73/RR73 box that would add to the CQ only option?
Thanks and 73.

Yes, it is for ARRL RTTY Roundup, and for many other contests. But MDC
is the exchange for others, so WSJT-X should be able to handle it if,

Hello, Jim.
Joe, pointed out the correct Maryland designation for RTTY is MD. The table he
included in his message for the RTTY state designations are essentially the
standard postal abbreviations.
I used MDC during the RTTY test run as I ASSumed that was the correct
designation. Doing
You probably won't notice it at 1-3W. I also have an ANAN 100 and use Voice
Banana as Muzychenko had too many dropouts.
If you set WSJT-X at -12dB and adjust your PA settings to get something more
like 100W you should see the power gradually increase over a few seconds.

This is the area that is related to this problem. The changes below do NOT fix
it completely but it behaves better.Just wanted to point out what I've found at
this time if helps identify what's going on.

I have noticed the same thing, especially when I change from 40 to 20 or
reverse. I always do a manual tune before an actual transmit and when
WSJTx sends the tones, I get the same 3-4 second build up to full power.
This only happens on the initial key up after changing bands. After
Having a problem with transmit signals behaving badly when 12dB down or more on
RC2. The behavior I see is my output power gradually rises over about 3
seconds and that's what started my investigation. If above 12dB no
problem...power is spot on when PTT is asserted...but this is just a
