When working one of the non-F/H multi-streamers, I would recommend calling
them >1000 Hz above their freq, to keep their area clean.
Basically there are two types of Multi-Streaming operations:
1. F/H which is the WSJT-X Standard
2. All others, including MSHV, for which you *do not* use F/H

The station may have been using MSHV or one of the other WSJT-X clones
which allows the user to transmit multiple streams. Such stations are not
constrained by having to transmit as a Fox on the even sequence, even
