Hallo und guten Abend,

nach dem das am gleichen Datum stattfindende Turnier in Eppelheim (Heidees Cup) mit Anmeldungen überrannt wurde, hat sich die Rudergesellschaft

Heidelberg Rugbyabt. dazu durchringen können, uns ihren fantastischen Rasen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Auf insgesamt 4 Feldern werden wir 16 Mannschaften loose Mixed begrüssen dürfen. Alle Teams die beim Heidees Cup keinen Zuschlag erhalten haben, werden bevorzugt einen Startplatz erhalten. Wenn alles gut läuft, werden wir bereits im Juli ein weiteres Turnier auf die Beine stellen.

haltet euch den 02./03.11.2019 für den Novembernebel in Leipzig frei!

Wir werden wie in den letzten Jahren in der Sporthalle der HTWK spielen.
Reichlich vorhanden: Platz zum Aufwärmen, Sekt zum Frühstück am Sonntag
und continous Spielzeit! Gespielt wird real mixed (gern in zwei Halbzeiten).

Anmelden könnt ihr euch ab jetzt und spätestens zum 03. Oktober gibt es
dann die Auswahl! Teamfee und Playersfee müssen wir dann noch ausrechnen,
werden aber im gewohnt günstigen Rahmen liegen.

Hi all guys, we are the Bubba: the ultimate team of Brescia, Italy. The first week-end of july (6th and 7th) we will organize a tournament at Toscolano Maderno: an amazing town directly on the Garda Lake.
The 2 fields in grass are directly on the lake: at the stadium we will organize the tents camp, the kitchen and the parties (wellcome party on Friday and main party on Saturday).
This won't be just a ultimate tournament but also a big opportunity to spend a summer weekend in an amazing place.

Die Satzung des LSB hat da einen Bug:
- Wenn eine Zuordnung zu einem Verband nicht möglich ist, wird der
Verein Mitglied. Ohne Zuordnung erlöscht die Mitgliedschaft nach 3
Jahren. (§11 Punkt 5)
- Nach §12 ist aber für das erlöschen der Mitgliedschaft durch
Ausschluss eine Zustimmung des Zuständigen Verbandes nötig. Den es
aber in dem Fall ja gar nicht gibt. Also kann die Mitgliedschaft auch
nicht erlöschen

Ansonsten nennt die Satzung des LSB nur "Verbände" und keine
Landesverbände. In sofern könnte also evtl. der DFV Mitglied im LSB
werden. Allerdings muss der Verband einen Bundesverband haben. Ob das
in Personalunion möglich ist, müsste man klären.
Albern ist die Forderung, dass der Bundesverband im DOSB Mitglied sein
muss, denn umgekehrt fordert der DOSB das Bestehen von Landesverbänden
die Mitglieder in den LSBs sind. Also lässt sich die Bedingung gar
nicht erfüllen.

Ein Verband muss für den LSB entweder 2000 Sportler vertreten (das
schafft der DFV fast) oder "deren Bundesverband Mitglied in einem
interna -
tionalen Fachverband ist, der seinerseits Mitglied entweder der
Association of Summer Olympic International Federations (ASOIF), der
Association of International Olympic Winter Sport Federations (AIOWF)
oder der Association of IOC Recognised International Sports
Federations (ARISF) ist"

Soweit ich weiss arbeiten Volker Bernadi und Jörg Benner ziemlich
intensiv an der Baustelle ist aber nicht ganz einfach.

Am praktikabelsten dürfte es bis dahin sein, offiziell noch eine
zweite Sportart auszuüben und sich deren Verband zuorden zu lassen.

zuständigen Sportkreis sollen wir uns als reiner Frisbeesportverein
einem Landesverband einer Sportart zuordnen. Da es keinen
Landesfrisbeesportverband gibt und auch sonst nichts so richtig passt
(außer vielleicht Rasenkampfsport ;-), werden wir vermutlich als
Freizeitsportverein eingeordnet und unmittelbar Mitglied des lsb-h.
Das ist bezüglich der Beiträge für den lsb-h etwas teuer und, was
schwerer wiegt, wohl nur zeitlich begrenzt möglich.

Welche Erfahrungen haben andere reine Freizeitsportvereine beim
Beitritt zum Landessportbund gemacht?
