Anti-aliased fonts in XQuartz vs xorg-server

ing, I installed XQuartz again and compiled using its headers and libraries. Now the fonts are rendered correctly, even though I am still using xorg-server! Does anybody have any ideas why the same code would behave so differently with XQuartz libs vs xorg-server libs? Thanks, John

X.org is not the home of xorg-server. Do you have MacPorts installed? (If not, check here: https://www.macports.org/install.php) Once MacPorts is installed, simply run "sudo port install xorg-server" After this finishes, you should see X11.app in Applications -> MacPorts This
