The "stable" directory still points to "Buster" but should point to
"Bullseye". Same goes for the other (I suppose) symlinks. There should
be a new directory for "testing": Bookworm.

Hello list,
After some minutes of inactivity the x2go session switches to a black
screen. I run WindowMaker in a session (custom mode), but there is no
active screensaver AFAICS.
Is this probably x2go behaviour?

I frequently encounter connection interruptions. Each such interruption
results in the x2go client freezing for about a minute before the

Yes indeed the system was using the libGL of nvidia. I did these steps to
recover the system:
yum reinstall libglvnd* mesa*
That fixes most of the symlinks of libGL in /usr/lib64 to again point to
the system's libGL.
Except for this one:
# ll /usr/lib64/libGLX_indirect.so.0
I think the problem is that the system now uses the libGL of nvidia
instead of the libGL that came with the system. So try to reinstall

Hello,
When I connect over X20go to my Debian 10.9 workstation and try to start
the Zoom Desktop Client it crashes immediately without even showing up. If
I start it on the workstation locally it starts without issue. Has anyone
else run into this issue, and if so have you found a solution?
Just tried SIGHUP and no, same problem as before.

You can usually see the apt install history in
/var/log/apt/history.log, maybe you can oll back some packages and see
if that helps.

Fair question. We do the normal "apt-get upgrade" on these systems to
keep packages up to date. Perhaps that updated the nx-libs and started
the problem ?
For example, I can see nxagent was updated a while back:
nxagent:amd64 (2:3.5.99.26-0,
2:3.5.99.26-0+git20210204.4362+18.04.release.1),
Nice to hear that it's solved now. ;-)

Well, I guess you have ""use system sound for bell" or similar
activated in your remote desktop environment. Or maybe check if one of
these options helps:

Honestly, I have no idea what's going on here. As this used to work
one question can not be omitted: what has changed on the system
recently?
Generally nx is a bit flaky when the network connection gets lost. It
is always better to suspend the session manually and then close the
network
I'm having a problem resuming x2go sessions which now fails 100% of the
time. The only way to use x2go is to kill all x2go processes on the
server and restart x2goserver service, which causes the suspended
session to be lost. This is driving me crazy. Any hints on how to debug
this?

What do you mean by "still works"? What does xset q say?
$ xset q | grep bell
bell percent: 50bell pitch: 400bell duration: 100
$ xset b off
$ xset q | grep bell
bell percent: 0bell pitch: 400bell duration: 100
