Fixed the issue with the splitter cable.. it was really simple and it dawned on my that I had two null modems back to back which is why I never could connect with the splitter cable.. So far everything is working now and I can try working with xastir now and see if any stations pop up while

Question... I understand the wire diagram Bryon lists on his site for the serial splitter cable is one with a Null modem? Because the serial cable I have from my USB 2 Serial that connects to the serial splitter is also a Null modem and I wonder if that is causing me a conflict now?
